Hello, We Are TimberWolf Times
Welcome to Mission Vista High School's online newspaper. The Timberwolf Times is a student produced publication that covers news and information about events taking place on campus and in the local community, as well as commentary, opinions, and discussions on topics that concern the MVHS community.
The Timberwolf Times writers strive to bring readers stories that go beyond the everyday chatter--stories that go deeper, explore a broader set of topics, and represent our diverse student population.
The Timberwolf Times editorial staff also produces The Howl, a twice-yearly print publication that includes coverage of issues of student interest, as well as creative writing, artwork, and other commentary and editorial writing.
The Timberwolf Times staff thanks you for your interest in our work. We hope you will continue to visit our site, read our stories, and share what you learn from them with others. In the mean time, we will keep watch on what’s happening so that you don’t have to be everywhere at all times. You can count on us!

The Pack
Genevieve Foley is a senior here at MVHS. She has taken multiple creative writing classes and is currently in journalism. Outside the class, she enjoys ice skating, yoga, and open ocean diving.
Molly Mahoney is a senior this year. She loves writing, English and graphic design. She also is involved with the drama program on campus and volunteers at REINS, a therapeutic horsemanship program. She is excited to be a part of The Howl and the Timberwolf Times this year and hopes that readers enjoy what she writes!
Melyssa Oliva is a senior and she loves to write, read, and take pictures. She is the president of the Journalism club and is excited to be working on the Timberwolf Times this year.
